Sleepy Eye
SLEEPY Eye needs a new day, the other day, Diego found himself with time to think. He was trying to turn onto his gadget and found out many different eye’s shapes. Anyway, with all that time, he devoted his shrinking gray matter to the dilemma facing the world on what condition its look like in this day.

Via Dolorosa
ON this painting, Diego expressed his feelings about Via Dolorosa is the “Way of Misery”. The path of suffering. But after suffering there will be triumphant victory. Easter, is about the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ.This painting is very expressive with softer color scratch such as spills over dark colors in the background giving an impression that is both impressive and expressive.

THIS another Diego Luister Berel’s visual art works, in this time he presents painting in an exclusive suitcase with a different style and cheerful soft color. Diego was able to pour his imagination now trying to paint on the glass without losing his style in creating his abstract using palette knifes in his both hands. This is unusual style but he always trying to explore with new other objects on his painting.
A Pink Rose
A PINK rose, fragrant pink color, beautiful fragrance, beautiful petals like the sun and sharp thorns like a shield. Here Diego describes how beautiful the pink rose is and the strength of the sharp thorns of the flower. Pink rose can not be replaced by anyone, because pink rose only belongs to God.

DIEGO’S painting on the telecaster fender’s electric guitar was bold and powerful, Diego’s courage to pour colors on his electric guitar as if without hesitation. Moreover, the strokes of the palette knife’s strokes are very strongly carved with all your might. Diego’s paintings this one does show strong, firm and straightforward characteristics, even though the theme of the painting on the guitar it carries is the softness of bright colors.
Life Is Like a ‘Beer’
LIFE is like a beer, here Diego tries to describe life as ‘Beer’ are simple but when mixed with cyclone brewing beer that can often be difficult life, but beers are incredibly easy to make it. Life is just like a beer idea would be perfect but sometimes it can be ‘intoxicating’ if enjoyed too much.

WITH the theme of “Painting for a Better Future,” Diego joined for artwork by special needs students was displayed at an exhibition in Erasmus Huis Building, Kuningan South Jakarta from February 21 to March 15, 2019. Photo shows Diego and his mom are being interviewed by one of the national private television stations about his painting.
IN commemoration of the World Autism Awareness 2018, there an bazar collaboration between Mayapada Hospital South Jakarta with Mpati (Indonesian autistic community) held a bazaar and painting exhibition at Mayapada Hospital. Diego, representing the Daya Pelita Kasih Center, exhibited some of his paintings there. As seen here, Diego with his friend and parent community was be able to taking pictures.
