ONE of unusual Diego’s paintings entitled ‘Happy Jungle’ was purchased by Mrs. Suki Brar-khangura, when she ordered directly to Diego after she saw Diego showing off and demonstrating how to make paintings in front of visitors and other exhibitors at the event of ‘To Make A Better World’ Wisma Cheshire Foundation Bazaar & Painting Exhibition 2016 at Singapore Intercultural School Bona Vista, South Jakarta. Shown in the picture, Mrs. Suki was very happy with Diego’s painting and she brought it to England after he delivered and handed over his painting directly to her residence at Kemang, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

Diego’s painting, although depicting a small picture of the 16th president of the United States, Abraham Lincoln, here is translated with a bright yellow light, Diego seems to be calculating the value of the exposure to the swirls of purple, dark purple and dark brown in his painting, with dominated by yellow color on a person’s face of the 16th president of USA who made a colorful swirl cover the entire field of painting.

TWO FACES OF ANCIENT SCULPTURE
Two Faces of Ancient Sculpture
The painting of two ancient colored sculptures embedded in the tip of a palm tree inspired Diego to witness an ancient tribal ritual in Latin America after he watched a documentary on YouTube. The main object of red-colored statues seemed to manifest perfectly. Diego’s paintings are abstract expressionist categories with strokes as look in a direction, but they can display beautiful little bit “mystical” painting.

COLLABORATION EXHIBITION WITH MUKLAY
DIEGO painting has been exhibited since 2015, and one of his painting was selected by Muklay, an artist in his single exhibition, featuring collaboration painting of Diego and Muklay, at ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta, June 2017. One of his painting became the best choice by Art Director of ARTOTEL Jakarta during the Tutorial/Workshop by ARTOTEL.
IN commemoration of the World Autism Awareness 2018, there an bazar collaboration between Mayapada Hospital South Jakarta with Mpati (Indonesian autistic community) held a bazaar and painting exhibition at Mayapada Hospital. Diego, representing the Daya Pelita Kasih Center, exhibited some of his paintings there. As seen here, Diego was be able to taking pictures in front of the banner before the exhibition.
‘THE SAVIOR’ GOES TO USA
ONE of Diego’s paintings entitled ‘The Savior’ was successfully purchased by Mr. Daniel Smith and Ms. Anita Wini, through a silent auction at the event in the commemoration of World Cancer Day in 2017 which resulted to donate his painting as a silent auction to help children with cancer mainly donated to Rumah Anyo, Children’s Cancer House in West Jakarta. The event itself was held at the Double Tree Hotel Jakarta. Shown in the picture Mr. Daniel Smith and Ms. Anita Wini was delighted to win this silent auction and they brought it painting to the USA.
